Kyiv. What was feared finally happened. Ukraine attacked Russia on Tuesday with a missile about which Vladimir Putin had warned of nuclear war. In fact, a report has claimed that the Ukrainian Army has used Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) against Russia. A day earlier, US President Joe Biden had given Ukraine the green signal to use long-range missiles to attack Russia. ATACMS can range up to 300 km (186 mi). This means that it can attack any of its targets in Russia.
