SpaceX Starship Sixth Flight Test Skips Tower Catch Ends in Soft Splashdown

SpaceX sent its powerful rocket Starship to space for the 6th time. The rocket took off on Tuesday. The company had high expectations from this test flight. The flight was successful but after returning to earth the company was not successful in capturing the first stage booster ‘Super Heavy’.

Just a month ago, SpaceX had conducted its 5th test flight. In this, the slowly descending first stage of the starship was stopped by large metal arms mounted on its launch tower. The company wanted to repeat this success again but this time it could not achieve success. At the same time, the upper stage of Starship managed to make a successful landing in the Indian Ocean.

Starship’s 33 Raptor engine lifted off from SpaceX’s Starbase facility in Boca Chica, Texas at 4 pm. Spectators were also present on the spot. Along with them, America’s elected President Donald Trump was also present. In front of him, the world’s most powerful rocket went into space but could not return to its designated place accurately.

This rocket Starship of SpaceX is the fastest rocket in the world whose length is 400 feet. On November 19, it flew for the 6th time. Its first stage booster is called Super Heavy. Super Heavy was supposed to return to its launch tower where it was supposed to be held by two large arms, but instead of returning to the launch tower, it fell into the water in the Gulf of Mexico and exploded.

Donald Trump has been supporting billionaire Elon Musk. According to the report, the closeness between the two has been seen increasing in the last few months. Elon Musk also supported Donald Trump in the election campaign and spent more than 100 million dollars during this period.
