Real estate company Godrej Properties Ltd has acquired 53 acres of land in Kolkata to build a project which is estimated to have a revenue potential of around Rs 500 crore.
Godrej Properties is one of the leading real estate companies in India. The company informed the stock market on Wednesday that it has acquired about 53 acres of land in Joka, Kolkata.
“The proposed project is estimated to have a development potential of 13 lakh sq ft of salable area, which primarily comprises development of residential plots,” Godrej Properties said. Its estimated revenue potential is Rs 500 crore.,
The company’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) said, “This land acquisition is in line with our strategy to deepen our presence in key cities of India.
