New Delhi. After retirement, elderly people often face difficulty in getting pension. Due to some reason their pension gets stuck, the reason is not known and they have to visit some office. But now retired railway employees will not have to face such problems. Indian Railways is going to set up a pension court for them, where the problem can be resolved easily.
Railways is going to impose such pension in court divisions. A similar pension court is being organized in Prayagraj division of North Central Railway on 16th December from 11 am to 5 pm. In this only the dependents of retired/deceased employees from North Central Railway Headquarters Prayagraj can get their complaints resolved if they have any complaints related to retirement dues or pension.

Pension court in other divisions also
Similar pension courts will be set up in other divisions also. Retired employees whose pension is stuck, get information about the pension court from their respective divisions and when the court is convened, they can easily go there and get the solution. The application of the retired employee will be heard only in the division in which the pension court is located.
