The terrorist attack that took place in Houghton, New Orleans, America on the first day of the New Year is being investigated. Initial investigation has revealed that ISIS-inspired terrorist Shamsuddin Jabbar had kept a bomb-making workbench in his dilapidated Texas trailer home. Shamsuddin-Din Jabbar’s North Houston trailer home filled with bomb-making materials. On New Year’s Day, Jabbar drove a rented Ford F-150 Lightning into the middle of Bourbon Street at 3 a.m. and plowed into revelers in a horrific act of violence. Fourteen people were killed, dozens were injured, and Jabbar himself was killed in a shootout with police. Federal investigators have called it an act of terrorism.
Quran open to violence
Video posted by the New York Post shows a workbench for assembling explosives in Jabbar’s bedroom. His Quran stood prominently above a bookshelf, containing this passage from the Quran, verse 9:111 which outlines the responsibility of Muslims to kill the enemies of Allah, and to die for that mission in exchange for eternity in Paradise. Be prepared also. It was the same ideology he espoused in a chilling video posted online minutes before his attack, where he declared his allegiance to ISIS and issued threats, including to his family.
A chaotic scene at home

There was a keffiyeh in the closet in his master bedroom and bomb-making equipment on his workbench – ominous signs of his dark turn. Despite the mess, the house looked as if it had just been moved in, with clothes and belongings scattered here and there.
