Studied from government college… 7 to 8 hours of self study, daughter became judge and father’s head held high with pride

Barmer. A daughter had told her father that she wanted her father to have his head held high with pride, to which the father replied that his head would be held high with pride only when people would say that he is the father of Afshar Bitiya. Keeping her promise, the daughter has secured the post of Judicial Officer in Rajasthan with 117th rank in RJS examination.

The eyes of businessman father Bhagwandas Jain were filled with tears when his daughter Nikita Jain became a judge. There is a wave of happiness in the entire family after this achievement of Barmer resident Nikita Jain. The biggest thing is that the entire family has nothing to do with advocacy, yet the joy of the daughter of the family becoming a judge is visible on the faces of every member of the family.

Nikita has studied law from Government College, Pali. Due to the guidance of teachers in LLB, she remained engaged in self-study at home. After this, she completed LLM from college and started preparing for RJS from 2018. Nikita has achieved success in RJS in his third attempt. Nikita’s father Bhagwan Das works as a textile businessman and mother Pushpa Devi is a housewife. Nikita is the second among four siblings.

Nikita Jain, selected in RJS from 117th rank in the state, while talking exclusively to Local 18, said that she did her preparation while staying at home and used to study regularly for 7-8 hours. She said that she failed twice in a row, yet she did not give up and in the third attempt, she got selected in RJS with 117th rank.

Presently Nikita Jain is working as Junior Legal Officer (JLO) in Ajmer High Security Jail. Jain says that she set her goals with confidence and focused completely on her studies. She was not afraid of continuous failures and remained focused on her goals.
