Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he would call on his allies to step up their air defenses at a meeting this week in Germany. Zelensky said the Ramstein Group meeting Thursday at Germany’s Ramstein Air Base will be attended by dozens of partner countries, “including those that are engaged in defense not only against missiles, but also against guided bombs and Russian aviation.” Can also help in enhancing our capabilities.

America’s Defense Minister Lloyd J. Austin will attend this meeting. US President Joe Biden was scheduled to attend the summit in Ramstein in October, but he could not attend due to Hurricane Milton in the US. Zelensky will make this demand at a time when America’s newly elected President Donald Trump will take office on January 20 and will pledge to quickly end the war that has been going on for almost three years.
